By engaging Geciste's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Geciste provides property security, Shariah compliance navigation, cross-border transaction architecture, and dispute resolution in Malaysia.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and cooperate fully during service delivery. Misrepresentation or non-disclosure may void services and incur liability.
All information shared is treated as confidential and protected under Malaysian law. We do not disclose client details to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Geciste's liability is limited to fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Professional advice does not guarantee outcomes.
Fees are invoiced upon service engagement. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% monthly.
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by Malaysian law and resolved through arbitration under the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration.
Personal data is processed lawfully and securely. You have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact contact@geciste.click to exercise these rights.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
Geciste reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes are effective immediately upon publication.
